1. How long does it take to build and ship my light fixture?
 Since each light fixture is hand made to order, we ask that you allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for us to ship your order.  Often your product will ship much sooner.  If you have a more urgent need, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Please note that this does not include delivery times, which vary across the country.  This shipping estimate only applies to new orders.
  
2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
 Only shipments to California pay sales tax.
  
3. What are the shipping charges?
 Shipping charges are based on the price of an item.  You can see the shipping cost on the first page of the shopping cart before entering any purchasing information -- simply add an item to your cart.  We ship at extremely low rates for the bulky items we sell.  Often, we are paying most of the actual freight cost.  Please Contact Us for shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, or foreign countries.
  
4. What is your return policy / satisfaction guarantee?
 Craftsman Outdoor Lighting is so confident in the quality of our workmanship and materials, that we guarantee you will be happy!  If you are not satisfied with your light fixture for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund.  If your item is damaged, please notify us and the shipping company immediately.  If an error is made by us, we will pay the shipping cost.  Otherwise, the shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please note that custom designed fixtures not listed on our website are not refundable.
  
5. Do your products come with a warranty?
 We proudly stand behind all our light fixtures with a 5 year warranty.
  
6. How long have you been in business?
 We have been manufacturing and designing mission style lighting fixtures for  over 100 years!  The expertise we have gained has been passed down for 4 generations.  We take pride in both our work and the satisfaction of our customers.
  
7. Is it difficult to install the light fixture, and what is included?
 It is extremely simple to install our light fixtures.  All of our fixtures come with a simple installation kit.  We are happy to help you or your electrician in the rare event that you need assistance.
  
8. Can I get a samples of the metals and glass used before I decide?
 Yes, for a nominal $10.00 charge, we will ship you a complete sample kit containing all of the metals and glass used in our lamps.  The sample kit is shipped free of charge and is highly recommended if you are unsure about your design choices.  Click Here to add the sample kit to your shopping cart.
  
9. Are your lighting fixtures UL/ETL approved?
 All of our lighting fixtures have been scientifically tested, certified and labeled by ETL , which is equivalent to UL (Underwriter Laboratories).  Fixtures have been appropriately wet or damp label approved depending upon their intended location.
  
10. Have I seen your lighting fixtures before?
 Craftsman Outdoor Lighting designed and built a good portion of the lighting fixtures for Bellagio, Las Vegas.  Our indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures have appeared on TV (part of winning designer competitions with our company mentioned in the credits), in magazines, in very large chain restaurants across the US, in housing/condo developments and elsewhere.
  
11. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
 Sorry, we can not ship our products to a post office box.
